Your proven track record in the field of talent review, talent development, and succession planning will make you a trusted advisor for our clients’ HR departments on a wide range of topics related to talent development and succession planning.

This means that you will often be found on-site with our clients and will get deeply involved with their business strategy. You’ll be asked to lead transformational initiatives in the area of employee performance management and to take a key role in the delivery of strategies and transformations.

You have a well-equipped toolbox to help you guide the re-envisioning of talent development and succession strategy by facilitating engaging workshops and working sessions that define (learning) strategies, visions, and ambitions. This includes having an affinity with the technologies that support these processes.

You will deliver technology and talent expert services as an L&D technology consultant. You'll learn quickly on client projects, supported by a team determined to deliver top quality services for clients as well as their people. Just so you know, delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working with our customers on-site. The job is done wherever the work gets done!

  • Have a passion for talent development and succession planning and possess a proven track record in this field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
  • Possess a consultancy mindset and a clear vision of talent development and succession planning.
  • Can inspire stakeholders and draw them in to your ideas, for example by giving inspiring workshops that lead to meaningful interactions.
  • Have affinity with SAP and IT (a big plus, although it doesn't matter in which stack. Your experience, maturity, and track record are more important. We’re happy to teach you the rest).
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
