You are a Content Marketeer who has a passion for planning, developing and implementing an overall company's content strategy. You work side by side with campaign marketeers and other marketing colleagues to make this happened.

In concreto, you love being responsible for the management of the creation and production of online and offline marketing content!

Who are we?

We’re the delaware marketing team: a bunch of creative, outgoing, and committed marketing & communication professionals with only one goal: to help delaware grow with the best marketing campaigns and events, both for our customers and for our colleagues. There’s 14 of us, each with our own specialty and know-how.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre. As Content Marketeer, your home base will be Kortrijk offices, where the rest of your team is located. We’ll make sure to save you a seat! And don’t worry, we’re very flexible when it comes to working from home, too.

What will you be doing?

  • Project management of our content pieces from start to finish. Brainstorming with internal experts, briefing copywriters and designers, proofreading content and publishing on the website.
  • Brainstorm with colleagues to develop new ideas.
  • Build a following on social media together with our social media marketeer.
  • Provide editorial and creative support to team members.
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels and make recommendations based on these insights.
  • Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.

You will work together with our Belgian marketing team, as well as with many #peopleofdelaware to develop blogs, customer cases or interesting content for our website. You will be responsible for creating our newsletters or e-books, white papers, etc. for our marketing campaigns.

Is there a match?

  • Do you have at least 3 years of experience in a content marketeer position?
  • Are you the proud owner of a master’s degree (or higher) in either communication, journalism, languages or marketing?
  • Do you have a strong affinity for all things IT and digital? There’s no need to know what SAP is, but any experience with the IT world and its terminology will definitely come in handy.
  • Do you have a good knowledge of SEO best practices?
  • Are you creative by nature, and have the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement?
  • Can you organize your work autonomously? Juggle multiple projects and prioritize like a champion?
  • Are you a fluent in Dutch and English? Some knowledge of French is a plus, too.   
  • Are you a team player who’s super reliable, super accurate, and super consistent – but never boring? Then you’ll fit right in!
