You are a people person – you are passionate about change management and eager to support organizations and their employees in the adoption of their digital transformation initiatives. You’re an active observer and listener, and are intrigued by how people go through change in professional contexts.

You’re a project oriented individual: someone who can run multiple change projects at once, who liaises with different stakeholders on a daily basis and can often be found at the customer’s site. You are a bit of a workshop wizard – how else would you gain a solid understanding of your customer’s challenges and opportunities?

You’re a coach: you enjoy coaching your change colleagues as well as your customers (by providing change leadership coaching to middle managers or supporting the change team at the client side you also help build up change capabilities at our customers).

Who are we?

Organizations undergoing digital and IT transformation increasingly see the need to improve their ability to support employees in adopting change. And that’s where we come in! Our mission as change managers is to make sure everyone within an organization fully adopts the new CRM tool, ERP solution, O365 suite, Digital Workplace program, intranet or any other new business tool.

We fully understand digital transformation and the challenges companies face when undergoing such changes. We’re pragmatic by nature: we apply and ‘change’ the change framework, depending on what our customer needs. We’re good at converting theoretical concepts into tangible practices and taking our customers to the next level. 

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège and Wavre, but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.

Let’s see. If you…

  • have solid change management and change communication knowledge, and have applied this in practice. Possibly you have a background in HR, IT or internal communication;
  • combine sound knowledge of business processes with that of general IT management concepts;
  • have experience coaching people, especially leadership (managers and executives); 
  • are used to running workshops and are familiar with workshop facilitation techniques; 
  • can create top-notch change communication assets (e.g. visually attractive PowerPoint presentations, short videos, engaging newsletters and mailings…) 
  • are an experienced project and program manager. Holding a few certificates (PRINCE2, PMI PMBoK) is a plus, but not a must. Having a PROSCI certification and/or process management experience are distinct advantages as well;
  • know how to define key change aspects and have experience outlining organizational designs with new roles and responsibilities (that would be a big plus);
  • can help us expand our change offering. We hope you can inspire us, and that you’re willing to deploy your know-how in joint (pre-)sales efforts.
  • communicate fluently in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing. French is a plus.
