What will you be doing as an Account Manager

As an Account Manager in delaware Singapore you are part of the Sales Team, where you will use your elaborate knowledge to provide solutions for the clients:

  • Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
  • Be the main point of contact to nurture and maintains long-term relationships with clients
  • Support clients and ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services

Do you have what it takes to become an Account Manager?

  • Have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong IT and project delivery knowledge (SAP or OpenText solutions, and service delivery are a plus)
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced motivational and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
