Two years after the company became independent, it had already grown by 50 per cent. Strategic growth direction was needed. Delaware Consulting decided to reduce its software offering to SAP and Microsoft, and to focus more on international expansion. The first overseas office was established in China. Later, branches were set up in the US, Singapore and other countries.
