Antwerp, 13 October 2015 – This month, service provider Delaware Consulting inaugurates its first South American office in São Paulo, Brazil. For the international company originating in Belgium, the goal is to be closer to its clients’ teams and culture and to expand its partnerships on a local level. With this expansion Delaware Consulting continues to grow its worldwide presence.
Increasingly, Delaware Consulting’s clients are requiring services for their business units around the globe. As South America, and Brazil in particular, had shown tremendous potential — especially in the retail market — demands for a dedicated Brazilian office grew. Approximately 30 Delaware Consulting clients in Europe do regular business with Brazil.
Delaware Consulting Brazil will focus on specialized services for the top SAP technologies, full SAP Brazil localization and a consolidated SAP Retail proven expertise. For the latter, the team can count on Delaware Consulting’s strong retail background in France and Belgium. The offering will be extended with OpenText integration and SharePoint Online implementation services
Three founding partners are at the head of Delaware Consulting Brazil, each with over 13 years’ experience in IT and a profound knowledge of SAP: managing director Fabio Carneiro, delivery director Rodrigo Moulard, and sales director Roberto Matias. Their goal is to leverage Delaware Consulting’s status as SAP Gold Partner in Europe. In the next four years, they aim to grow the company from 20 team members in 2016 to 90 by 2019.
“Delaware Consulting has proven to be a state-of-the-art service provider in Europe, Asia and the US”, says managing director Fabio Carneiro. “As such, we are extremely proud to introduce this culture of excellence into a new market. Brazil is a very fast-changing marketplace. Consequently, we are absolutely convinced that Delaware Consulting can transform, improve and support companies to quickly adapt to this challenging environments.”
