Customer Picanol wins Customer Excellence Award

Kortrijk (Belgium), 19 November 2008 During Microsoft’s 2008 Convergence event in Copenhagen, Denmark, machine builder Picanol received the prestigious ‘Excellence in Evangelism’ award for the pioneering Microsoft AX Dynamics projects it has been carrying out in recent years. This international prize is also an encouragement for Delaware Consulting, which is guiding Picanol’s IT team in every MS-related project.

Microsoft’s Customer Excellence Awards, classified into different categories, were launched 12 years ago to recognize, honor and celebrate extraordinary customer achievement. The much-coveted prizes are handed out each year during a reception at Convergence - Microsoft’s annual meeting of MS Dynamics’ users and partners. On 19 November last, Picanol climbed the stage to receive the ‘Excellence in Evangelism Award’ a prize recognizing customers that evangelize Microsoft business management solutions. Competitors were an impressive list of nominees from companies throughout Europe. For Picanol and Delaware Consulting, this recognition is the crown on years’ of hard work and a perfect stimulus to continue down the same Microsoft path.
