As an empathic manager, you love to build relationships and share your know-how. Not only with team members, but also with customers and sales prospects. You can easily step into the shoes of our clients, identify their needs, give them advice according to the market’s opportunities and set up a corresponding project plan. You are always eager to expand your own knowledge and dive deep into all delaware has to offer. Your motivation rubs off on your team as you coach them to create innovative solutions and guide them to grow their own expertise.

Just so you know: delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Liège, Lummen, Wavre and Bertrange (LUX), but we also spend a lot of time working together with our customers on-site.  

Is there a match?

Let’s see. If you…

  • have 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales and business development;
  • have a great comprehension of Microsoft Business Central, both on functional as achitectural topics;
  • have affinity with medium-sized enterprises, often family-owned businesses;
  • are able to work on different assignments simultaneously, plan your own agenda and work independently;
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills: you are able to persuade clients with your innovative ideas and public speaking skills;
  • are able to collaborate with customers and the different parties and levels throughout the delaware organization;
  • acquire and maintain contacts within the industry as a second nature;
  • speak fluent English and have a working proficiency in Dutch or French;
