What will you be doing as a Dynamics technical support consultant at delaware?

Microsoft Dynamics is the driving force behind many of our customer projects – but where does that put you? Let’s have a look at what you’ll be doing on a daily basis: 

  • After a Microsoft Dynamics implementation project, customers often contact the Support team in case of changes and issues with the platform. As a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Support Consultant, you’ll solve bugs, adapt processes and endorse system settings.
  • With the help of your delaware colleagues and the most up-to-date technologies, you’ll handle 2 types of tickets: incidents and change requests:
    - What if the client wants to add a few options? Change a part of the process flow? If needed, you’ll develop more interfaces and expand on the options provided during the implementation phase.
    - You are a trusted source: customers, coming from all types of industries, can rely on your technical know-how to help solve any ‘Oh no!’ moments they might have.
  • As your expertise grows, so will the complexity of the tickets you’ll handle. Plus, with your coaching skills, you’ll take less experienced colleagues under your wing.

Today, we have offices in Gent, Antwerpen, Wavre, Kortrijk and Lummen. As a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Support Consultant, you’ll be working mostly from the Gent or Kortrijk office, where most of your team is based. The Dynamics Development team consists of 25 people, with a good mix of different seniority levels. Ready to meet them?

 

Do you have what it takes to become a delaware Dynamics technical support consultant?

  • After a Microsoft Dynamics implementation project, customers often contact the Support team in case of changes and issues with the platform. As a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Support Consultant, you’ll solve bugs, adapt processes and endorse system settings.
  • With the help of your delaware colleagues and the most up-to-date technologies, you’ll handle 2 types of tickets: incidents and change requests:
  • Would you describe yourself as a Microsoft Dynamics expert? We’re looking for someone with solid experience in a Dynamics environment.
  • Not an expert in Microsoft Dynamics, but experienced in object-oriented programming (.NET/C#, Java, C++,…) and interested in Dynamics development? That’s also a great starting point for this job!
  • Are you familiar with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, AX 2012 or Dynamics 365? That knowledge will be essential to your function as a support consultant.
  • Do you end your text messages with X++ instead of xxx? Great! Then you speak the coding language we need you to speak.
  • Are you a true techie who’s always on top of new technologies? So are we! We position ourselves at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Are you eager to learn? You’ll be given the opportunity to grow your knowledge on Dynamics 365 and other related Microsoft technologies. Should you already be certified in Dynamics 365, that’s a definite plus. We’ll make sure you can gain the required qualifications and certifications.
  • How well do you speak English and Dutch or French? Most communication with clients will be done in English.
  • If the busy consultant schedule is not your cup of tea, then this is the perfect job for you: it does not require on-site work at the customer. We’ll make sure to save you a comfortable seat at the support table!
