Delaware Consulting China responds to growth with move to new office in Shanghai

Shanghai / Antwerp, 29 September 2016 – As of 22 September 2016, Delaware Consulting China will be operating out of a brand-new office in Shanghai. Today’s team of 150 consultants, spread over 5 offices in Greater China, is continuously delivering strong growth in the areas of Digital (E-commerce, Mobile & Internet of Things), SAP® and Enterprise Content Management. The move to bigger premises is necessary to provide optimum support to the ever-expanding Delaware Consulting team in Shanghai and its customers.

Inspiring through technology

“Our new office is equipped with the very latest tools and technologies, such as iBeacon technology, the SAP Digital Boardroom on HANA technology, etc., and is designed to be a real innovation center to inspire our employees and customers alike,” says Tim Ding, managing director of Delaware Consulting Greater China.

“Following on from the relocation of our Harbin office at the end of 2014, we’re now moving to a bigger and brighter office in Shanghai to provide better and more efficient support both to our growing team and to our customers on a local and global level,” adds Bert Van Genechten, COO for Greater China at Delaware Consulting.

Building on success
Delaware Consulting has been in China since 2005, when the first branch was established in Suzhou. Harbin and Shanghai followed in 2006 and 2010 respectively. “Having opened new offices in Beijing in 2014 and Hong Kong in 2015 we’re growing rapidly in the Asian market, thanks not least to the Delaware Consulting growth Strategy 2020,” concludes Edwin Zhou, BU Director SAP Greater China.
